No real person is depicted

Every artist on this label is a fictional character. No real person’s voice is cloned or imitated, no real person’s likeness appears in the artwork, and no real event is depicted. Nothing published here is a deepfake within the meaning of Article 50(4) of the EU AI Act.

Why the notice looks like this and not like a watermark

Article 50(4) sentence 3 of the AI Act says that where AI-generated content forms part of an evidently artistic or fictional work, the transparency obligation is limited to disclosing the existence of that content in a manner that does not hamper the display or enjoyment of the work. That is why there is a production note on every release and track page and this page in the footer, rather than a badge burned into the artwork. The disclosure is made at the point of first exposure, as Article 50(5) requires.

Watermarks are not removed

The audio produced by MiniMax Music carries the provider’s machine-readable marking. It is never stripped, re-encoded to destroy it, or otherwise tampered with. The obligation to apply that marking sits with the provider of the generative system under Article 50(2); the obligation to disclose sits with us, and this page is how we meet it.
